They had my car for 2 1/2 wks. Sunk $2400 into it. Got it back and the check engine light was still on. Took it right back. They quoted me another $650. When I declined the quote t Sunk $2400 into it. Got it back and the check engine light was still on. Took it right back. They quoted me another $650. When I declined the quote they cleared the code and told me it should be fine. Which is it? I had the valve cover gasket replaced while it was there. I was smelling burnt oil inside the car and decided to take it to another mechanic. The mechanic looked at it and said Kia installed the gasket with the wrong bolt on the back so the new gasket was leaking oil onto the manifold. Seriously? I’m going to pay someone else fix Kia’s bad work because I don’t want it back in their shop. More
