The staff was very nice and welcoming, and Orlando was extremely helpful. He took us as walk-in customers on a weekday evening, and he spent as much time as we needed going over everything. Service advisor. Shaun checked me in early for alignment service. This was the only service that was completed and unlike the Brandon Kia dealership the Regal service Shaun checked me in early for alignment service. This was the only service that was completed and unlike the Brandon Kia dealership the Regal service advisor Shaun was not trying to upsell me non-mandatory services my vehicle like the Brandon location had attempted to do but on my affordable income, I can only have the services completed that I can afford at that point. I appreciate the way the Regal team treats me as a customer purchasing a vehicle, and as a customer coming in to service my vehicle, by only recommending the services I know I can afford and have asked for them to complete More
