We came in on a Thursday expressing our concerns. They brushed us off and said it was fixed. We come home (we live 1 hr away), and the issue still persists. We have to now come in Friday so now we are out of 2 days of work. The technician STILL didn’t believe us so we had to go back and physically show them. They were very rude. Then they give us a rental car that ends Tuesday. Well the part takes a week to get in so our rental car has to get extended. They said our car should be ready Friday. Well we take another day off and it’s not ready yet. They say maybe Monday. Just not a very good experience. Then when we do finally pick it up, our car is dirty inside and out and they basically hand the keys over, walked away, and didn’t go over anything details. More

I feel like my concerns were not take seriously. I felt very dismissed. The manager made a statement that he said was a joke but I didn’t think it was funny. My time didn’t seem to matter. I still have a broken front grill that I thought could be fixed and not necessarily be replaced. I’ve been told several times that I didn’t buy a new car and that every little thing could not be fixed. I was not asking for that and I am well aware of the fact I purchased previously owned. The salesman always says he can only do what his manager okayed. This is financed for far longer than I wanted so I don’t want to ride around with obvious issues. I take responsibility for not taking a better look before buying. I’m used to buying new. This is only my second pre owned. My last couple of cars were purchased at Regal and has always been satisfied up until now. More
