We've now gotten the run-around from four different members of the service team. This is the email we received from the Service Director at KIA. We can't find records for two missing oil changes duri members of the service team. This is the email we received from the Service Director at KIA. We can't find records for two missing oil changes during COVID (4-5 years ago), so they will not be honoring our warranty: Good Morning, I hope this email finds you well, the purpose of this email is to inform you that Kia Has responded to our Case, They have advised us the following. " I SEE SOME GAPS IN CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE HISTORY. PLEASE OBTAIN ALL OF THE OIL CHANGE RECEIPTS THAT THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE THAT IS NOT SHOWN IN THE CARFAX REPORT YOU'VE PROVIDED" At this point we cannot continue without those Maintenance records, Kia will not continue the process There is a 13,268 mile gap between service done in KY 03-24-19 with 47,348 miles KY 02-27-20 with 60,616 miles Then another 12,466 miles gap from the service done in KY 02-27-2020 with 60,616 miles in KY 10-20-2021 with 73,082 miles If you can provided the missing maintenance records we will upload it to the case so we can continue the process so we can try to resolve this case. I am so frustrated and disappointed this is taking a toll on me missing work and constantly tuning to Kia.
