They immediately got me into a loaner and ended up replacing the entire engine at no cost to me. I am very pleased with how they handled everything. Orig post: I had great experience with all staff when buying the car. Nice, friendly people and very smooth process. My salesman Jonathan was outstanding and the finance guy was great to work with too! However, my I bought my car on Friday afternoon, and on that Sunday afternoon, it completely stopped working. It stalled out on the highway and I had to call a tow truck. When their office is open I’m planning to call them to see if they can make things right. More

Waited 3 hours for oil change in spite I was first in line at 8am and others behind me were done before me only to find out my car was already done and parked within an hour and a half but reason I wasn’ line at 8am and others behind me were done before me only to find out my car was already done and parked within an hour and a half but reason I wasn’t discharged earlier was because whoever was responsible lost/misplaced my keys but didn’t tell me. Only reason any effort was taken to search for my car keys was because I brought it to their attention that I had been waiting for 3 hours otherwise I’d probably still be waiting for an additional hour or two.
