I dropped the car off on Dec 21, didn’t hear any update, expected timeframe for an update…nothing, despite multiple voicemails and multiple text messages until Jan 9th. I understand holidays, I understand it takes time to do diagnostics, but never got a return call or text…or an expectation-setting conversation until almost 3 weeks after dropping the car off. I would’ve been absolutely fine waiting that long—I just had no idea it would be that long, or how long it might take. The end results were positive. I’m happy with the outcome. Communication could’ve been dramatically better. And when I did hear that it was a software update and refilling a couple fluid reservoirs that did the trick…we’ll, I still had to ASK what the cost was (it was only the diagnostic fee—which was awesome)… but I had to ask after being told it was ready for pickup. Being without the car for nearly 3 weeks wasn’t easy, and if I had known that would potentially be the case, I could’ve planned for it. To be clear: I’m very happy with the outcome. The staff in the service area was good. Customer service from my advisor was terrible. More
We live two hours away from the dealership. I found the automobile on Autotrader. I was contacted by Marcus in sales at the dealership and we texted back-and-forth for two days until all my que I found the automobile on Autotrader. I was contacted by Marcus in sales at the dealership and we texted back-and-forth for two days until all my questions were answered and we had a preliminary deal all worked out. He sent me pictures and videos and was super responsive to my text messages even at 9:30 pm! On the day we drove to the dealership to test drive the car he had everything ready and we bought the car. He offered us water and even let me go into the break room to use the vending machines for a snack. He was very kind and patient with us throughout the whole process and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Buying a car always takes several hours and this one did too but this was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! More
Poor communication within the staff and different messages being relayed about my service. The issue I came in for was not addressed. Amber was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. I spent 13 years in Japan and the Japanese take pride in ensuring their customer service skills are at the highest standard and Amber service skills. Awful service. Had my car towed to the location off of 410 and was given to an unknown employee who never registered my car in their system or told anyone it was th Had my car towed to the location off of 410 and was given to an unknown employee who never registered my car in their system or told anyone it was there. I was unable to contact the service department, left messages with the sales department that never reached service. Upon my arrival the next morning, I was told they didn’t have my car and I had to drive around the lot to find it myself. They had my car for 4 days to do an oil change and I told them the battery was dead multiple times. Multiple unnecessary diagnostics were run and they tried to charge me $170 for service and $60 for the oil change. They claimed the $170 for diagnostics was testing the battery and other functionalities of the car and led them to conclude that the battery was dead. This location is lazy, sloppy, and untrustworthy. Don’t bring your car here More
