Very pleased with my recent service at McCombs Hyundai Northwest. The present construction is a negative, but not much can be done to change that. I’m especially pleased with the performance of Courtn Northwest. The present construction is a negative, but not much can be done to change that. I’m especially pleased with the performance of Courtney, my service advisor who was very professional and attentive. Everyone there was polite, courteous, and helpful. Again, another terrible experience with this dealership's service department. I do not know if error codes do not go away on normal cars, but on my hybrid, if you do not check the error light right away, it service department. I do not know if error codes do not go away on normal cars, but on my hybrid, if you do not check the error light right away, it will go away in a day or so. Such is the case again with my car, as I received a "Hybrid System, Turn off Engine" error message, with no acceleration, while driving my car. I had it towed, and told the people in the Service department to get the error code right away. Over two weeks later, no light, no diagnosis, but they are willing to charge you the diagnostic fee for not finding anything. They can see the past error codes, but no dates and no work on diagnosing what those error codes mean. You should have a manual that tells you what to do with these error codes. Needless to say, I am a little gun shy right now if I want to take my car on a long trip. More
