This is the third Hyundai I have purchased from them, but things seem to have gone down hill. Different sale agent and different sales manager. When I reported it they claimed it was not there when they delivered it to me. So if you buy from them, go over it with a fine tooth comb before driving off the lot. The sales manager would not return my calls to discuss the issue. Paul Flores tried to resolve the issue, but it was basically out of his hands. I will not be giving them any future business. More

This dealership was able to find the car with the options that I wanted. However, things quickly went downhill. The car suddenly had more option and with more options came a higher price. Going ahead with that I wanted. However, things quickly went downhill. The car suddenly had more option and with more options came a higher price. Going ahead with the purchase, the car which was going to be available in a few days, it came apparent that it was due to applying those extra options that they stated were already on the car. I also purchased an extended warranty that I changed my mind and canceled the next day. However, that decision has lead to 8 months of trying to get that cancelation corrected and applied to the principle. I am still actively working on addressing this issue with the dealership. I would give caution when working with this dealership. More
