Brakes xc90 t6 momentum Brought in my car for oil change, 20000 mile maintenance and Volvo does that for free . But along with that I had needed to have checked out a leak i Brought in my car for oil change, 20000 mile maintenance and Volvo does that for free . But along with that I had needed to have checked out a leak in the front by the oncall and pilot sensor as well as my trunk . This leak goes on all the time . That is under a manufacture defect . I also needed an inspection which ray price also does as a courtesy to Volvo customers . They did the oil change and then told me that I needed new brakes and they had to do both the rotors as well as the pads . When they were questioned the adviser Don was a little stand offish . Hesitant to answer any questions . I can not fathom new rotors being needed on a car that #1 is only driven on the weekend ,#2 the car only has 20000 miles,#3 without showing me the rotors . The customer service in the service department had gone down since the last service manager . I took it upon myself to call Volvo corporate office and was told that rotors only need to be changed every other time you change pads . So why won't anyone give me an answer . Even the the saleS manager Jason is loosing his will to have show customer service . More

When we arrived, he was extremely welcoming and took us straight out to the car to take a look. He made sure I was comfortable with all of the features before and during the test drive and let me take my time getting comfortable with the car. He also made sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision without making me feel pressured. When I decided to buy the car, he checked on us throughout the process to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Never Again, my loyalty meant nothing Since 1988 we have purchased 5 vehicles, 3 new, 2 lease returns. My 2005 Ford Explorer, a lease return, with 22000 miles, wouldn't pass inspection du Since 1988 we have purchased 5 vehicles, 3 new, 2 lease returns. My 2005 Ford Explorer, a lease return, with 22000 miles, wouldn't pass inspection due to gouging on my front brakes, and I had the car less than a year and had put less than 2000 miles on it, my mechanic put the brakes in a box and told me to go back to the dealership as this was unacceptable. Then, When I went to trade the car in some years later, much to my chagrin, through car fax, I found out the car was totaled in Toronto, Canada and RAY PRICE never disclosed this information. Recently, I brought in my 2015 Volvo S60 T6 for a side view mirror problem. Ray Prices service dept. wanted to charge me $400.00 to fix it, not trusting them, I brought to another Volvo dealership and surprise, it was a defective gear which Volvo was replacing gratis since it seems to be a reoccurring problem on some of their vehicles.
