BUYER BEWARE RAY PRICE VOLVO!! We purchased 2 Certified Volvos within 2 months from RAY PRICE VOLVO, we we took possession of the first during the height of the Pandemic COVID-19 the unit was never detaile Volvos within 2 months from RAY PRICE VOLVO, we we took possession of the first during the height of the Pandemic COVID-19 the unit was never detailed or sanitary, it had food stains, coffe stains, dog hair, mud and dirt all over the inside of the vehicle! As we were taken back and almost walked away they assured us it was an oversight and would make it right, well the recon manager comes out to look at it and said whats wrong with it its used! Our salesman was mortified and had it cleaned immediately. Car was cleaned all good in the universe until we start it and have 1/4 tank of fuel in a Certified Volvo again we say no fuel to get home and again the apologies and fuel was added. It was my fault trusting them a second time. I PURCHASED A CERTIFIED S90 VOLVO after the second day my wife noticed some serious issues while traveling on the interstate. Car was returned for service and sat for 2.5 weeks before They requested to purchase it back because IT SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN CERTIFIED, please keep in mind I returned a lease 3 monrhs early! I am now with out a car and the dealership doesn't care. Friday July 17, 2020 this happens. Just to add to the outcome with our dealings from Ray Price Volvo. The CPO Volvo I purchased was never supposed to be CERTIFIED!!! Not one person would say why just that it should of never have been CERTIFIED and it would cause exhausting issues for us. Please keep in mind I returned my lease 3 months early to purchase this CPO Volvo. After 3 weeks in the shop I was offers a buy back after repeated attempts to find out the issue, I explained I have no vehicle because my lease was returned, my response just go rent one! So I purchase a CPO Volvo S90 that should of never been CERTIFIED it has numerous issues and I did something wrong? This is very poor customer service and worse management letting this happen. Yes, I called your GM and he only answered one of my calls the others are in his voicemail. So im offered to purchase another vehicle, get this so I dont lose any money becaue they CERTIFIED the S90 and it should of never been. I agree and was given a price 3k more than posted on the website, again let me trust your intentions! I had an agreement with the dealership to use a loaner for 10 day because my lease Was returned to buy this CERTIFIED VOLVO S90. After informing them I didn't want another vehicle from them they told me return the loaner immediately, very nice trusting people. The mistake was fixed and the car cant be sold due to a recall, so we look for something else all higher numbers and less car, keep in mind they keep telling me I will lose over 1300 if they buy the car back that should of never been CERTIFIED, not my fault! This drags on approximately 7 hours via email finally with me saying please refund full amount and we will not take any loss! At the end of this full amount has been refunded to the financial institution. I AM STILL LEFT WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION BECAREFUL I PURCHASED A CERTIFIED Volvo FROM RAY PRICE VOLVO THAT SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN CERTIFIED! I HAVE NO VEHICLE BECAUSE MY LEASE WAS RETURNED AND NOW HAVE TO RENT A VEHICLE UNTIL FUNDS CLEAR AND REAPPLY FOR ANOTHER LOAN! BUYER BEWARE OF THE SHADY PRACTICES. The Attorney Generals office and personal Counsel will be notified Monday bright and early. Buyer beware! FEEL FREE TO SHARE SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU OR ANOTHER FAMILY!! More

The vehicle was priced fairly, clean, and in perfect co I was highly impressed with my experience purchasing a pre-owned Volvo S60 at Ray Price Volvo. The vehicle was priced fairly, clean, and in perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition. From my intial contact with Starr in the BDC, to arranging the details of financing with the finance manger Anthony Baio, to delivery with Robert Nelson, all aspects of the process progressed smoothly and quickly. Anthony Baio did a great job setting up the financing, and was prompt, personable, and professional in his communications. Robert Nelson did a great job delivering the vehicle, ensuring I was fully comfortable with how to operate all the equipment in the vehicle, from setting up bluetooth on my phone, to making sure I knew I was familiar and comfortable with all the features on the car. He was thorough and a great asset. Furthermore I was very impressed that he went the extra mile in ensuring I had 2 keys to the vehicle, which was very important to me. Thank you to all the staff at Ray Price for your stellar service. I enjoyed working with both Anthony and Robert and would highly recommend them!! More

We originally stopped up to their new location to take a look at a truck that was listed on their site. We ultimately decided to hold off on the truck but, given how well Zach had treated us throughout the process, we opted to move ahead with a purchase of an awesome (used) MKX. Zach was honest, quick to respond, highly available and genuinely seemed more concerned that we find the right vehicle for us, then making a quick sale. Thank you, Zach!! More

Quality service Just recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima this past weekend. I was able to send the documents via email and it made the whole process much quicker. We drove up went in and signed all the paper work. The finance manager Jeorge, offered options but didn't make us feel pressured into purchasing anything. Also during the test drive we ran over a nail and the service center was closed. So the salesman Zack, offered to bring the car to our house the following day so we wouldn't have to make the hour drive back up. All in all it was a pleasant experience that in other instances I have dreaded. We certainly recommend the dealership and the employees that worked with us! More

They confirmed I had a service loaner the morning of first scheduled oil change as well as other service issues and then 2 hours before scheduled service I am told it was given to someone else. I spoke with 3 Volvo reps directly with Volvo recommending they get their Volvo contract pulled because this is not my first bad experience with this dealership on my new vehicle and it was just purchased in August. I cancel and reschedule my appointments which costs me money to accommodate a dealership that cant competently line up service loaners on their only real luxury brand. Brown daub will be getting all my business moving forward and buyer beware. Multiple loose and squeaky parts on my s90 T6 inscription. Unapologetic and not the place to buy a high end vehicle. Period. More
Useless warranty Although I purchased a 2015 V60 still under factory warranty AND bought a $1800 Platinum plan extended warranty, when my check engine light came on le Although I purchased a 2015 V60 still under factory warranty AND bought a $1800 Platinum plan extended warranty, when my check engine light came on less than 7 months of ownership, the Ray Price Volvo service center would not honor the warranty. The Platform plan indicated it covered mechanical problems, they would not honor the warranty saying that a mouse had chewed through the electrical system and this negated any and all warranties. How is it that I have owned cars all my life and lived in the same residence for 40 years I have never had rodent issues. What's the point of purchasing a $1800 warranty if they put some many stipulations on what is covered and what's not covered? I think the customer is helping to offset the cost of the bright and shiny dealership by selling useless warranties to the vehicles purchased. So now I get to pay for my new used car, a useless $1800 extended warranty and all parts and labor incurred by so called rodent damage I will definitely not be buying any future vehicles from this dealership. Signed one very disgruntled customer. More
