After having the car for a few days I noticed some minor scratches on it and called Robert. He said come over and we'll take a look. Robert was waiting for me as pulled up and took the car back and they touched up the scratches. He's very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and not pushy. He provides all the information needed to help you make the right choice. I drove many cars in my search for a new car and Robert was one of the most knowledgeable salesman I came across. We immediately took a test drive, and set up an appointment to return with our trade-in vehicle. We returned, he look at our trade-in, they came back with an offer, we countered the offer once and the deal was made. A few weeks later, I discovered we were missing the cargo cover, I contacted Robert, he responded immediately, had the cargo cover ordered and we had it within a couple of days. I received their call today, September 8, and was told that the truck was no longer available, as someone has placed a deposit on it. This was a classic "bait and switch" tactic, and reflects a lack of integrity on the part of the dealership. More
