After a long process of searching for the best deal from trusted salespersons, I finally bought a beautiful Honda CR-V at Ray Price, and Zach Doleiden was my Internet Representative (email: zdoleiden@raypricecars.com and phone: 570-402-2628). He is not only a trusted salesperson, but he is also a trusted advisor. Compared to more than a dozen of salespersons I talked to, Zach is by far the best. His honesty, calm demeanor, friendliness, and patience are way beyond my imagination. Like Vasudeva and Siddhartha in the novel "Siddhartha", Zach is among the masters of patience! As a token of my appreciation for his excellent performance, all I could do to return his favor is to compare him to Vasudeva and Siddhartha. "Siddhartha" is one of the most well-known novels of Hermann Hesse who was the Nobel Laureate in literature in 1946. scammers took my 2015 Honda CRV in for the campaign to fix the vibration issue with the car, knowing i did not buy it from them because of previous issue wit took my 2015 Honda CRV in for the campaign to fix the vibration issue with the car, knowing i did not buy it from them because of previous issue with a ford explorer i had my doubts suspicions that this was a bad idea but they more convenient to get to. So the service department tells me it is just a update on the computer that will remedy the problem when i questioned this they (lied) said no this is all it needs. well the vibration was never fixed and has continued to worsen so i take it to the purchasing dealer and they have to now get approval from Honda to make the correct repairs because it is alot of work that is expensive to repair, to make another point when i made a scheduled maintenance appointment the computer flagged a service bulletin on the CRV that the service guy just blew off . i would never buy or take my vehicle their for service again they just cause a big headache, i am hopeful that Matt Burne will resolve this for me. Next time i will follow my gut and stay far away from this place. More

Alex Colvin is the salesman to see! I love cars. I have owned at least 26 of them, but until yesterday, I had never bought one from a dealer. So my wife and I were nervous about going to I love cars. I have owned at least 26 of them, but until yesterday, I had never bought one from a dealer. So my wife and I were nervous about going to Ray Price to see the Honda CR-V we found on line for my college age daughter - it was to be her first car. We'd gone to another dealer the day before which had confirmed every concern and stereotype we'd ever felt about car dealers, and then we met Alex Colvin. He welcomed us at the door with a warm smile and a polite and friendly manner, and it just got better from there. He showed us the pre-owned car we'd selected and went through all of it with us giving us all the time we needed and pointing out anything we missed. He let us take it to our mechanic to check it over and when we came back, he listened attentively and answered all our questions. I said I'd like to make an offer, even knowing that the car was already pretty fairly priced but he graciously took it straight to his manager without challenging it at all, and in just a few minutes, came back and accepted our offer without trying to get me to pay anymore. Once we'd filled out the paperwork and met with his associate he stood by in case we needed anything else. Even after we'd finished paying for it, he stayed with us til we drove it off the lot. I could not recommend him more highly, he was just great! So, if you're looking for a car and want to deal with someone who is totally professional and a complete gentleman, Alex Colvin is your man.
