Great truck at a great price and wonderful customer service! When I decided I wanted to buy the Honda Ridgeline I shopped on line. I requested the "e price" from several dealerships. I went for a test drive and met Robert. He was very helpful, of course I wanted a color that they didn't have on the lot. That was no problem, they located one and had it there in a few days. I love the truck! Service after the sale has been great too. About two months after the sale I had an issue with the voice dialing. I pulled up to the dealership, Robert came out, he remembered my name. He jumped in and resolved my issue. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Ray Price and I couldn't be happier! More

Great experience purchasing my wife's 2017 Honda CRV My experience at Ray Price Honda began back in Mid February 2017 when my wife and I stopped in to test drive a Honda Pilot and CRV. Arthur welcomed My experience at Ray Price Honda began back in Mid February 2017 when my wife and I stopped in to test drive a Honda Pilot and CRV. Arthur welcomed us to the dealership, waited on us patiently and took the time to show us several vehicles that fit what we were looking for. We ended up test driving both a Pilot and a 2017 CRV. My wife really preferred the CRV because this model is brand new for 2017 and has much more updated tech. Our first impression was great, Art took his time with us, spent over an hour showing us around the cars and features and there was no sales pressure. We thanked him and went on our way and let him know we'd be back when ready to purchase. Two months later I reached out to Art expressing interest in purchasing a CRV Touring with a specific color combination, they did not have this color combination on the lot, but Art worked his best to get us the car we wanted (from another dealer) and at a price that was very fair. My wife loves her new car and I couldn't be more satisfied with our overall purchase experience. More

Used car inspection sheet. I came from South Jersey to buy a used truck Ray Price had listed for sale. After test driving the truck I agreed to purchase, before the purchase too I came from South Jersey to buy a used truck Ray Price had listed for sale. After test driving the truck I agreed to purchase, before the purchase took place the salesmen presented me with a used car inspection sheet. On that sheet was listed everything the dealer knew was wrong with the truck. It was an honest list and something I really appreciated getting. I since inspected the truck myself and completed all the repairs on that sheet. Nothing else needed to be done. That's honest and note worthy. I want to say that Ian Jensen is by far the best salesper I have been a loyal Honda owner since 1993 - all from Ray Price Honda in East Stroudsburg. I want to say that Ian Jensen is by far the best salesperson I have ever had-he is knowledgeable, and did everything he could to make sure I understood my new Honda. I am a graduate of the Disney Institute Customer Service Training (3 workshops)-so I am very particular about the kind of customer service I receive....Ian went above and beyond. To this day- if I send him a picture of what my dashboard says -he tells me what is wrong and how to fix it -he even did a facetime call at night (after hours) to help me figure out my heating . Ian Jensen knows the Disney model of customer service- the customer is always first- I couldn't be more please with my Honda ....and Ian Jensen!!! More
