2018 Honda Accord Sport I bought a 2018 Honda Accord sport from ray price. I had a Great sales person Jerry Salter. I already owned at 2016 Honda Accord previously but wasn’ I bought a 2018 Honda Accord sport from ray price. I had a Great sales person Jerry Salter. I already owned at 2016 Honda Accord previously but wasn’t given enough information about the car when I purchased it. I ask Jerry who was walking buy to help me learn how to use the features in my old Honda 2016 Accord ex. He did I also explain my lack of power in my old car he showed me the 2018 model an explained the features took it for a test drive this guy was knowledgeable in the cars that he sells which impressed me but I still wasn’t sold on the car. I still had to see the numbers $$$$$ I told him what I would like to spend on a monthly payment, him and the financing team made it happen. I drove out with a new car not hurting my pocket and most of all I was happy with the purchase.. Thank you Ray price Honda and Jerry Salter for making this transaction so easy and pleasant. More

In 2014, we met Jerry Salter, one of the salesperson that works at the dealership. In 2015, we were shopping around for a new vehicle. We contacted Jerry at Ray Price Honda and let him know that we were in the market another vehicle. He had told us to stop in and take a look at the inventory and let him know if there was a particular vehicle that we were interested in. One day, we walk the lot and picked out three types of vehicle that may suits our needs. At this point we contacted Jerry to see what his schedule was for the upcoming week so that we could test drive each of the vehicle of interest (Honda Pilot, Ridgeline and CRV). We test drove the Pilot and the CRV and determine that the preferred vehicle would be the CRV. We told Jerry that we would get back to him in a few days. One thing that sparks us about Jerry, he was not a pushy salesperson. He gave us the time to think over our selection without any pressure. Once, our minds were made up, we decide on the CRV EXL. During the entire process of stopping by the dealership Jerry Salter, was very professional and courteous. We decided on the Grey Metallic color. He gave us a great offer for the 2015 CRV EXL. In 2017, my husband bought a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from Jerry and my son also bought a 2016 Civic EXL. In 2018, we traded up from the 2015 CRV to a 2018 model of the same type but a different color. My son fiancée also purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from Jerry as well. We definitely will recommend our family and friends to Jerry for future vehicle purchase. Jerry Salter is an awesome salesperson. Go with your "Gut Instinct" First I want to say that I had a great experience with Ray Price Honda as a dealership. In 2017, I bought my first brand new car- 2017 Honda CRV-EXL. First I want to say that I had a great experience with Ray Price Honda as a dealership. In 2017, I bought my first brand new car- 2017 Honda CRV-EXL. I was nervous to say the least. All I can tell you is that Justin W., Felix were very patient with me throughout the process. I did extensive investigating on new and use Honda's and spoke to many people that owned them. I never heard one bad comment about any of their Honda's. I understand why they have a "million mile club". But do you home work when purchasing any vehicle and get on forums and educate yourself. I keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle. and you can spread out some of the maintenance so you don't have a big dent in your pocket all in one shot. Recently I went to start my car and the car would not start, 3rd time it did. Ran with no problems, but two more times, I tried to start, and car hesitated. All in the same day. I was taking chances I know. It was the battery. I knew it. Got on computer and saw some mention of issues from different sites. I called Honda Service to schedule an appoint, explaining the situation, plus I needed the standard oil change,rotate tires, and this time needed the transmission fluid flushed. This was on a Wednesday. I have 33,300 miles on my Honda. I was scheduled for Friday service. Soonest I could get in. Understandable. My gut knew it was the battery and it was failing. I blame me for not just driving 20 minutes to the dealer and having them just put a new battery in the car. It was under warranty. I should have drivin the day I was having issues to the dealer. Didn't. Next morning, car was dead completely. I did call for the Honda road side service. Did get the car jump started, and then drove to the dealer. I called ahead and they took me in, right away. Because I did not go with my gut, I missed out on a job interview the next day. Fortunately for me, I was able to reschedule. Up until now, I have had no issues, scheduling on-line appointments with Ray Price Honda. Easy to do. This particular day, I had to call in because the website was just swirling around on my computer. Might have been a glitch. But I always find another way to do things that need to be done. The dealer ships was very accomodating to my needs. I was able to work, while my car was getting serviced on site. Mike S. and Chris, 1 & 2 were great to deal with. Sara was great with helping me out in a pinch. Thank you to the Service guys that work to keep us moving forward. See you again! More

Make sure you ask a LOT of questions I purchased a certified used Honda Ridgeline recently. Overall the experience at the dealer was satisfactory. However, upon bringing the vehicle home, I purchased a certified used Honda Ridgeline recently. Overall the experience at the dealer was satisfactory. However, upon bringing the vehicle home, I would exit it and lock and set the alarm. As I would walk away rhe vehicle would restart non its own. It turns out the previous owner installed an after market remote starter. It’s very sensitive and I can no longer set the alarm without the risk of it restarting. I then have to unlock it and shut it down each time. I called the dealer and they say it’s not covered under the dealer warranty nor the additional “bumper to bumper”’warranty I bought. They obviously knew about the starter and failed to mention it when I purchased the vehicle. Extremely disappointing. I’ll nevwr buy from them again. More

Our salesmen Michael Graziano could not have been more gracious or helpful through My wife and I purchased a new Honda Pilot on Saturday march 10th. Our salesmen Michael Graziano could not have been more gracious or helpful through the entire process. Michael patiently led us through entire process from start to finish. He was so thorough and yet never pushy which to my wife and I meant so much. The entire sales front was clean well managed and made the entire process of buying a new care so incredibly easy.
