Make sure you ask a LOT of questions I purchased a certified used Honda Ridgeline recently. Overall the experience at the dealer was satisfactory. However, upon bringing the vehicle home, I purchased a certified used Honda Ridgeline recently. Overall the experience at the dealer was satisfactory. However, upon bringing the vehicle home, I would exit it and lock and set the alarm. As I would walk away rhe vehicle would restart non its own. It turns out the previous owner installed an after market remote starter. It’s very sensitive and I can no longer set the alarm without the risk of it restarting. I then have to unlock it and shut it down each time. I called the dealer and they say it’s not covered under the dealer warranty nor the additional “bumper to bumper”’warranty I bought. They obviously knew about the starter and failed to mention it when I purchased the vehicle. Extremely disappointing. I’ll nevwr buy from them again. More

After a long process of searching for the best deal from trusted salespersons, I finally bought a beautiful Honda CR-V at Ray Price, and Zach Doleiden was my Internet Representative (email: zdoleiden@raypricecars.com and phone: 570-402-2628). He is not only a trusted salesperson, but he is also a trusted advisor. Compared to more than a dozen of salespersons I talked to, Zach is by far the best. His honesty, calm demeanor, friendliness, and patience are way beyond my imagination. Like Vasudeva and Siddhartha in the novel "Siddhartha", Zach is among the masters of patience! As a token of my appreciation for his excellent performance, all I could do to return his favor is to compare him to Vasudeva and Siddhartha. scammers took my 2015 Honda CRV in for the campaign to fix the vibration issue with the car, knowing i did not buy it from them because of previous issue wit took my 2015 Honda CRV in for the campaign to fix the vibration issue with the car, knowing i did not buy it from them because of previous issue with a ford explorer i had my doubts suspicions that this was a bad idea but they more convenient to get to. So the service department tells me it is just a update on the computer that will remedy the problem when i questioned this they (lied) said no this is all it needs. well the vibration was never fixed and has continued to worsen so i take it to the purchasing dealer and they have to now get approval from Honda to make the correct repairs because it is alot of work that is expensive to repair, to make another point when i made a scheduled maintenance appointment the computer flagged a service bulletin on the CRV that the service guy just blew off . i would never buy or take my vehicle their for service again they just cause a big headache, i am hopeful that Matt Burne will resolve this for me. Next time i will follow my gut and stay far away from this place. More
