He is not your stereotyp Patrick "Pedro" Swan was very helpful when we were choosing our new {used} car. He explained all the aspects of our purchase. He is not your stereotypical car salesman. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure us in any way. It was a very pleasant transaction. I would recommend him to my friends. When the time comes I will come back to see him about another car. Your dealership is lucky to have an employee of Pedro's character. He was honest and down to earth and that is important to me and others I am sure. Thank you Pedro. More

Hostage First, I want to say my salesman was alright. Everything after that was a farce. I paid almost $300 in "Doc" fees. My address was wrong, the title app First, I want to say my salesman was alright. Everything after that was a farce. I paid almost $300 in "Doc" fees. My address was wrong, the title app. was filled out wrong, and the pay off on my trade in was incorrect. I was told my bank would send me a check for the difference. I spoke with my credit union and they received the exact pay off. There is a check at the dealership for me that they will not release until ANOTHER title form is signed. I really should have gone somewhere else! I am now waiting for the new title app. so I can receive the funds that I over paid. I feel like I am being held hostage by improperly filled out documents that I paid for.............. More
Refused test drive I went in to the dealer and wanted to test drive a Ford Focus ST. They didn't have any in stock but they did have a Fiesta ST (new). I made clear that I went in to the dealer and wanted to test drive a Ford Focus ST. They didn't have any in stock but they did have a Fiesta ST (new). I made clear that my intention was to buy a new car and after allowing me to sit in the Fiesta ST in the parking lot I was informed that I would not be allowed to test drive the car because they "didn't want to put the miles on it." The salesperson said they would give me a call when they got more Focus ST's in stock. I never heard back from them. I assume that this is because at the time I was a senior in college (about to graduate) and they must have assumed I was not serious. I would have much preferred honesty to the evasive tactics that they seemed to use. I ended up buying a new Subaru Outback (built in Indiana, USA) in Augusta at Charlie's and had a wonderful experience there. More
They should rename it "Ray Hassle Ford." Bought a 2011 Ford Edge recently. Beautiful car. There was a soap smell, which they told me was because they just cleaned the inside. A week later, Bought a 2011 Ford Edge recently. Beautiful car. There was a soap smell, which they told me was because they just cleaned the inside. A week later, the smell is still there, only now it is a SICKENING combination of faded soap and smoke. I can't drive it as it makes me ill, and it's absolutely horrendous after the car has been closed up on a hot day. At the time of purchase, I distinctly said I did not want a car that had lingering cigarette smoke. Should have stuck with Rowe Ford in Auburn. Any smokers out there want to buy a nice Ford Edge SEL with 38,000 miles? (They did not give me the car fax after I asked for them. That one is my fault. ) More
BUYERS BEWARE I had gone in to look at a used car.. I told them my budget and everything. They found a car they had on the lot and asked to go for a test drive. The I had gone in to look at a used car.. I told them my budget and everything. They found a car they had on the lot and asked to go for a test drive. They went with me on the test drive and not even 3 miles down the road the car started to make all kinds of noise in the front. The wheel barrings were gone or going. I turned around right at the moment and went back. The salesperson said they would "fix" it problems if I wanted to buy the car. I told him these issue should have all been addressed BEFORE they put them out on the lot for sale. If this is how they "check" their cars over before selling them, this is a terrible business model. I was not impressed and left right after that. I would NEVER return there or advise anyone to go there. More

I have noticed a lot of negative feedback on this dealer, and perhaps they do need to work on some things. However, I have to say that my experience with Haskell Ford is the best experience I have ever had and perhaps they do need to work on some things. However, I have to say that my experience with Haskell Ford is the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I have purchased two vehicles from them and, to date, have been totally satisfied. All promises made have been kept to date, warranties have been fully honored, the service department is great with scheduling and timely completion of work, and the vehicles have been top notch. Maybe they have corrected some of the issues that people have been concerned about in the past. If they keep treating me the way they always have, I will continue to purchase vehicles there. I have had my 2011 Ford Fiesta for two years now. I have had my 2006 Honda Pilot for 1 1/2 years, so I have allowed adequate time for Haskell Ford to prove themselves to me. So far, they have proved themselves very well. More
