We purchased our car from this dealership 3 years ago. It was a previously owned vehicle. The salesperson was friendly and helpful, he made the sale process very easy.
This dealership gave me the worst experience I've ever had in buying anything. They lead to my medicine being stolen in their lot by leaving my car unattended with all the doors open while I was trading it in. They led me on for weeks saying they would help me out, saying their computers were down and they might maybe help me when they came up. Then I heard an employee say their computers had been up for two days and no one had contacted or called me. I called multiple times throughout the month, drove there multiple times, and had to do so in an illegal car because they forgot forgot the front plate mount. They finally told me that they wouldn't help me because I left a bad review with Ford. Ford Customer Relations also failed to help me. Now I'm broke, my credit was hit because they couldn't get the payoff check to my bank in a month, I owe a payment for a car I traded in to them, and I had to replace my medicine out of pocket. I will never shop here again, I will never buy a Ford again, and I will tell every person I can this story so they all know that this place can and will hurt you if you displease them.
The buying process was easy and the staff were pleasant to deal with. No pun intended.
The salesperson was very helpful. Have purchased several cars and trucks from Ford and have been happy with all purchases.
Nick and the rest of the crew were great. Stayed late to make sure I was taken are of.
