We bought a Ford F250 there. Buyer beware of empty promises. They will promise you the world to get you to sign papers. All those promises disappear. Good luck if you shop there. I dont even want to give them 1 star. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. My husband and I went to go trade 3 vehicles for a newer vehicle. Salesman came out and show us our options. We asked to se recommend them to anyone. My husband and I went to go trade 3 vehicles for a newer vehicle. Salesman came out and show us our options. We asked to see if we qualified before going any further. Salesman insisted we take a test drive first. Took the test drive and looked the car over before we went inside. Took one look underneath and the flex pipe had a terrible JB weld job on it and massive crack in the windshield. He said they would fix them before sold. We got through all the paperwork, and I left my husband there so I could pick up the kids. They told us we were all approved and just needed to get insurance. Didn't even get back before I got a phone call from my husband saying they also want ontop of 3 vehicle trade in's they want $2500 as well. I laughed because they knew we didn't have that. So we went down to Hometown Auto Sales and service and found out Ray Haskell did 9 hard inquiries on both our credit scores and dropped our score down 40 points so we wouldn't be able to get a loan. Well we got a amazing car down at Hometown. Few months later we got a letter from Sirius XM radio stating that Ray Haskell took out an account for the 2012 Ford Flex that we test drove and put it in our name. I can tell you, they are frauds and scammers. My family as well as my husband's will never go or reccomend them to anyone. They also go by crazy Ray's and they will screw you over. More

He was very kind and with the help of Chris, his manager, helped us pick out the explorer we wanted! We paid under retail for the explorer and got more than we thought we would for our escape we traded in, and we did our research before we went in. We would highly recommend Ray Haskell Ford, Scott and Chris for anyone in the market for a vehicle! More

Bullies Scott Howard at the Oakland location treated my mother like trash after she’s purchased 3 vehicles there. The last one was a brand new 2016 Ford Focus Scott Howard at the Oakland location treated my mother like trash after she’s purchased 3 vehicles there. The last one was a brand new 2016 Ford Focus that she was told she could have time with to make a decision. She decided she didn’t want the car but due to work scheduling she was ONE day late returning the car so they locked her in anyway. In the last 3 years she’s had 4 separate repairs to her transmission. She was 300 miles away from her warranty expiring, so she went back for help and unfortunately was given one of the worst deals I’ve ever seen. When asked how she liked the USED car they wanted to roll her into was a no go Scott Howard responded with “well, that was a waste of everyone’s time”. I got her a better deal elsewhere. I was disgusted by the way she was treated. When I returned to explain my concerns Scott Howard took it upon himself to try to bully me-ha! Nope bud. You sir are a disgrace to salesmen, professionals in the industry and clearly needs an anger management course. No worries-it doesn’t end here;) More
Exceptional Service I had a flashing check engine light on my Expedition just after leaving Bangor Maine for a motel reservation and wedding the following day in Madison I had a flashing check engine light on my Expedition just after leaving Bangor Maine for a motel reservation and wedding the following day in Madison ME. The light went off quickly but I knew it needed fixing & I was 1400 miles from home. I called Ray Haskell Ford from the road and Brett, I believe, checked and said bring it in, they would check it out. As they checked it out they offered my wife a ride to Madison while I waited. Can't beat that service. Shortly, a different Service Manager, Steve maybe?, showed me the worn #8 spark plug and recommended new plugs and a new #8 coil for the #8 plug as the stored fault was for a #8 misfire. I have done a lot of car maintenance and I knew this was excellent advice. Within 2 hours or so my truck was ready to go. The labor cost was right in line and parts were 8 plugs and one coil assembly. I finished my business in Madison and have returned 1400 miles to home with no performance issues. My wife and I are very pleased with the friendly service received to include the ride for my wife. The service tech even worked about 1/2 hour into his lunch hour knowing I was waiting. More
Wouldn’t recommend Truck needed a turbo and other work. I think the window sicker said it had a useless 3000mile limited power Tran with a $100 deductible. More
Paying more for a car than its worth I went to Ray Haskell Ford with a vehicle that I owned plus a check and ended up buying a 2012 Subaru Legacy for $23,000. It came without a warranty and when I signed the paperwork I was in an upside down loan. I owe $10,000 more than my car is worth. I don't know how this isn't against the law. I cringe when I hear commercials for Ray Haskell Ford. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend anyone else to buy from either! More

Not impressed I'm not impressed with the salespeople at Ray Haskell Ford. We re-leased another Ford through them and were told that we wouldn't have to pay the last month's payment on the current lease. We were still charged and had to call Ford Motor Company to request a refund. They would not issue a refund, stating that the dealer must have misinformed us. I called Ray Haskell's about it and sure enough they lied to us just so we would purchase a vehicle with them. They wouldn't even do right by us at all. Do not purchase a vehicle here! There are plenty of other reputable dealers. More
