Poor Service Appointment Arrived for my 2 pm appointment at 1:55 pm for a 5000 mile service on 1/12/18 for my NX200T at Ray Catena Lexus in Freehold. Pull into service area an Arrived for my 2 pm appointment at 1:55 pm for a 5000 mile service on 1/12/18 for my NX200T at Ray Catena Lexus in Freehold. Pull into service area and was told by service advisor to leave key & check in at the front desk. Checked in with the one women (Ashley) that was at the desk and was instructed to wait in service area waiting room. I'm a patient person but watched as customers who entered AFTER me left one by one. In the mean while my husband receives a message from Ray Catena Lexus Freehold (Leah) @ 3:22 pm asking if we wanted to reschedule (mean while I'm right there waiting already) for over a hour. He calls back asked for the person who left the message and was told she was on another line. My husband stated to the lady on the phone why do we need to reschedule when my wife is waiting there in the waiting room. This interaction happen at 3:24 pm but still no one said anything. Finally impatient I asked a service advisor who was helping the last person in the waiting area besides me "what happen to my car?" he said he would be right back. The on duty Service Manager Richard Venerus came in to the waiting area around 5 pm and finally had service completed and I left at 5:45 pm still not having everything I asked for done as a was not in the mood to speak with the technology specialist. Leaving feeling upset about waiting 4 hours & horrible service experience as I drove home More

The dealership really wants to take care of their customers demonstrated by all their actions. Starting from the Sales experience - the transaction is very "clear" i.e. no hidden gotchas. The numbers they give you are from a consumer's point of view, very clear out of pocket from you and that's it. No more fees, extras- nothing. Over the years - their Service department needs to be commended. Those folks are usually underappreciated but for me the "after sales service" is their hallmark. Their lounge, food, wifi, you name it and they have paid attention to every little difference to make their customers happy. Truly a fivestar dealership. More
