Eric Cohen service Manager I have been dealing with Eric Cohen first as a Sercice Advisor and now as a the Service Manager. When I heard of his promotion I was first and foremos I have been dealing with Eric Cohen first as a Sercice Advisor and now as a the Service Manager. When I heard of his promotion I was first and foremost excited for him as it is well deserved. I thought I would lose my advisor! However, I was pleased to find out that Eric still has the opportunity to put his customers first! Over the past eight years that I have been using Ray Carena Lexus for service on my vehicles, I have found Eric to be honest, reliable and a man of his word! My car is ready when he promises, and he is quick to keep me informed of progress or any other issues that may have popped up. He always offers a loaner vehicle for me and understands that my business depends not only on my car, but the ability to get where I’m going when my car is tied up. I appreciate his service and help so much that when it came time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle I quickly steered her towards the dealership in huge part to how I’ve been treated by Eric.
