It took a while, but was worth the wait This was my first time buying a car from Ray Catena. I went through the Costco buying program and was assigned to Steve Stoop. Steve Stoop was wonder This was my first time buying a car from Ray Catena. I went through the Costco buying program and was assigned to Steve Stoop. Steve Stoop was wonderful and patient. The price was significantly below any other dealership. I live in Montgomery County, PA and this dealership is about an hour away. But the price was right. I wanted a specific combination of exterior and interior colors on the 2019 Lexus ES 300H. They found one for me in Richmond, VA. They shipped the car up to the dealership. There were delays from the driver not leaving Richmond when we all expected, but Steve kept me in the loop. Unfortunately, the front bumper was scratched when it was taken off the trailer that brought it up. This caused further delays so they could paint the front of the car to make it right. They were very upfront about the scratch and again, Steve kept me in the loop. Eventually, due to all the delays, they actually delivered the car to me. My one complaint is that the tech expert that Steve brought with him, although very pleasant and accommodating, was not really that knowledgeable about the 2019 Lexus ES 300H's technical features. I have since had to read a lot on my own and play around with the settings to learn more. Overall, I would highly recommend Ray Catena and Steve Stoop. More

Since we considered three different year models it was not an easy choice. (2017, 2018, 2019). But with each car he presented a fair deal and made clear what the differences entailed. They even brought a car from another dealer that seemed to have what we wanted, but since it still did not answer our needs, he patiently gave another choice, and it turned out to be a wonderful purchase. It was more money since it was a new 2019 model but he never pressured us. He led us to the car that we really were happy with. Highly recommend the spirit of that entire dealership as well. More
