I was nervous making my first purchase since I was unsure on how the new car process worked (I had all used cars previously). Bernard was able to get me the car I wanted for the price I was most comfortable at and provided me the best service I experienced thus far at a dealership. Adam (the manager) helped work with offsite Lexus to ensure I received all applicable discounts by offering I come back the next day once the offices were open (what is one day to save $700?). With such a big decision, I did not feel pressured not once in my 4 visits (they understood that I wanted to do my due diligence in my search).
