LAST MINUTE I had made a deal with Lexus of Freehold for a 2020 RX350, agreed to the price gave a down payment then was called the following day with and an attem I had made a deal with Lexus of Freehold for a 2020 RX350, agreed to the price gave a down payment then was called the following day with and an attempt to switch. I wouldn't agree to the change so I basically was told there was nothing more that could be done. I really felt betrayed and especially during these times a potential customer should have been treated a bit more fair and with respect, I always thought a deal once a deposit was given was at the very least honored. Very poor taste in my mouth for this deal to go so wrong. Please shop around. I am disabled due to 911 and not in the greatest health and I can't believe the stress this has had on me, I mean we had a deal, it's not like we were still in discussing the details. I have faith and i know that there are still honorable dealerships out there, hopefully I will find one. More

Danny handed me all the paper work to sign from inside my new truck. It was painless and easy. The car was sanitized and detailed beautifully. I was in and out of the dealer within 45 minutes.
