Quality of service is excellent and I have confidence in the staff. I will use the service bays again. The sales staff was friendly, but clearly not fully informed on vehicle price. I was quoted about $28K on a Highlander by Emet, but then told by Matt that the REAL price was over $32K. How do you make that kind of mistake? Why wasn't the sales manager informed, telling me why his staff is misrepresenting prices without explanation. I will never buy a car at this dealership, can't trust their integrity. More
