Instead, I got a friendly salesman who listened to me and was helpful, as opposed to making me feel rushed or trying to talk me in to something that didn't accommodate my needs. He is extremely well trained, professional, knowledgeable, polite and attentive. He was upfront and honest about everything and explicitly explained all the fees/taxes that applied, so there were no surprises.
