I was pkeased first off that there were no pressure from Billy our salesman. That was refreshing! We found the car we liked and told him what we coukd afford and he as well as the staff made it happen. Even staying till 8 pm to get us in a car. I have never had a problem with any of the work they have done on my vehicle. The only things they have ever told me that needed to be done to my vehicle were actually needed. (The first time I went there they told me I needed something for my car. I took my car to a friend who is a mechanic and he agreed). I feel like I can trust them when they tell me something needs to be done. The waiting room and restrooms are always clean as is the other areas where I conduct my business. The employees are very nice and friendly and treat me with respect and always call me by name. More
