Kathryn went out of her way to help me on a cold, rainy Friday when I was stranded with 3 kids in the car. She sent a tech to jump my car and then promptly ran diagnostics as soon we got to the dealership Friday when I was stranded with 3 kids in the car. She sent a tech to jump my car and then promptly ran diagnostics as soon we got to the dealership. She even went back out in the rain to move my car inside the service bay so we wouldn't get wet! The customer service was top notch!!! More
