The mechanic came to find me to check if I needed anything from my car because it would be on the lift for most of the day. Even more impressive was my service manager Mark! He was awesome the whole day, but at the end of a LONG day (he still had to catch up with paperwork to get home) he stopped what he was doing and came out to my car to help me figure out why my phone would not connect to my car (it ended up being my phone). I was super impressed from the first phone call in the morning to driving out of dealership that night. I would highly recommend this service department! More

From there, simple explanation, had the pricing ready to go, and I was pleased with that. After that was on-to the F&I guys, who worked their magic to get me the best possible price. Ron was excellent to work with, and the delivery of their packages makes things super simple. One way that may help speedy the process along is having a tablet with the videos that F&I plays while you wait on them to do all of the paperwork, so you can get the most out of your time. Loving my Crosstrek already and looking forward to the service experience when the time comes! More
