Excellent service, everyone was knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. When the work needed was more involved than I expected, they gave me a loaner for as long as it was needed, with no problem. pleasure to work with. I do not subscribe to the notion that tire rotation is a good idea. I asked for a LOF and my bill was increased (found out later) by $20 for a tire rotation. I should have been told in advance that that your "package price" would have escalated the cost of an oil change. A hundred buks for an Oil Change is a rip off. BTW, I don't recall the name of your service person but the Survey does not provide a "Don't Know" Option. More
