They were willing to spend as much time as necessary to address all questions and explain all the features of the vehicles. And finally the actual buying experience was “painless.” No pressure tactics before or after the sale. By after the sale, I mean the endless attempts to sell you related services or extended warranties. It’s not that these were not explained or offered, but it was professional and no threats or shoving it down your throat. I had a trailer hitch added, which was in stock and installed the same day, then at actual delivery, our sales person went over all of the functionality and set up a custom user profile for my wife and myself. And the car was spotless and full of gas. All of this may not sound exceptional, but in my experience most of it is quite exceptional. More
Negotiated all via email and with Frank Tilghman and the day of signing paperwork on a Saturday took a very short one hour. I came in today to address a recall, but had being eyeing a new subaru for about a month. I decided to go ahead and buy today. The experience was seamless. Steve Rouhana and Kenny Tyson were great to work with. The entire experience went off without a hitch. I love the new technology they have and the facility is fabulous. Sales - Pride in their service to the customer I found a car online sent an email got a response that the car was still available, I was emailed a credit app and was approved within 24 hours.
