And finally the actual buying experience was “painless.” No pressure tactics before or after the sale. By after the sale, I mean the endless attempts to sell you related services or extended warranties. It’s not that these were not explained or offered, but it was professional and no threats or shoving it down your throat. I had a trailer hitch added, which was in stock and installed the same day, then at actual delivery, our sales person went over all of the functionality and set up a custom user profile for my wife and myself. And the car was spotless and full of gas. All of this may not sound exceptional, but in my experience most of it is quite exceptional. More
