As part of the deal they were to replace the halogen fog lights on my forester with led lights. They gave me the run around and past me back and forth. Last thing I heard was they were on back order and th lights on my forester with led lights. They gave me the run around and past me back and forth. Last thing I heard was they were on back order and they would call me. Four month later. No call. They did call me to set up an oil change a few weeks ago and I asked about the dog lights. They said someone would call me. I’m still waiting. They did issue me a check but said that was for the hassle of waiting. If they said they weren’t going to install the led fog lights why didn’t they have that conversation with me. Otherwise the dealership and deal was great. More

Although the service reps are very helpful and cordial, and the service was performed to my satisfaction, the dealership nickels and dimes you to death. I had to pay an approximate 15% service fee just fo and the service was performed to my satisfaction, the dealership nickels and dimes you to death. I had to pay an approximate 15% service fee just for the privilege of having them service my vehicle. And on top of that they now charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Not user friendly especially for seniors living on a fixed income! Hailey McCann is outstanding! She goes above and beyond to make the service experience as painless as possible. She is the reason I have my vehicle serviced at Randy Marion. More
