I was pleased with the service process, work completed and offering the courtesy car to get my car home was very nice. I was not aware of the 3% credit card charge and the dealership waived the charge. and offering the courtesy car to get my car home was very nice. I was not aware of the 3% credit card charge and the dealership waived the charge. Had I been charged the 3% on a very costly repair, this rating would change significantly. More
