This was the worst experience we have ever had with a delership. They are shady and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They promised us a jeep and made us put a deposit down to hold it. I purchased my Nitro in February 2007 and have taken it no where else for service. Always friendly, respectful and service prices have been very reasonable and better than any where else that I have chec no where else for service. As a single woman, there is always that concern of being taken advantage of, or made to feel stupid, but I don't feel that I have ever had that issue with Gerry Wood. The convenience of being able to pull in and get service without making an appointment is also a big plus. Thank you for being there.
