I purchased my Nitro in February 2007 and have taken it no where else for service. Always friendly, respectful and service prices have been very reasonable and better than any where else that I have chec no where else for service. I went to Gerry Wood Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Salisbury, NC to test drive a new Dodoge Ram 1500 that I had located on their website. Due to my payments not being able to be where I wanted them (no fault of th to test drive a new Dodoge Ram 1500 that I had located on their website. Due to my payments not being able to be where I wanted them (no fault of the dealership btw), I was shown another vehicle that would better fit my needs and financial comforts. Instead of saying "sorry we cant do anything for you on this truck" and letting me drive off. Francis showed me another new Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, we discussed numbers and within a short amount of time, I was waiting for the financing officer "Steve" to finish with a customer and I was ready to sign and ride home. My wife is in auto sales as well in another town, selling different cars all together and she was also impressed by the atmosphere, professionalism, and overall sale. The staff at Gerry Wood seamed friendly and willing to meet the customers needs. A hot cup of coffee on that cold day brought to me w/o asking while I was cleaning the items out of my old truck was just the icing on the cake.
