I had been looking at options with a sunroof Overall everyone was great, friendly, low pressure, and eager for me to be 100% in love with my new car. I had been looking at options with a sunroof, and Darryl was quick to let me know that they were easily installed after factory with a lifetime warranty, so I was sold on the option without one, and added in the sunroof to the contract for much cheaper than one could be bought anywhere with it already installed. They weren't sure we could get the payment I wanted, but after some mild work, were within a few dollars of it, even with gap coverage. My only concern was that I came in because of an internet special price, and there were dealer add ons that could not be removed (tint, exterior and interior protectant, wheel locks), which would have been fine, but they weren't included in the internet pricing, so it felt kind of bait and switch, but they were options I would have wanted anyway, so no harm done really. Overall great experience, I would recommend them, and will likely be back in the future. The Gerry Wood Commitment makes it worth dealing with them exclusively, because there are so many incentives for the lifetime of the car. More
