Purchase of a replacement used car. I went to Gerry Wood Auto Group to attempt to purchase an advertised used 2007 low mileage (40,000 miles) Ford Taurus that had been traded in. I test I went to Gerry Wood Auto Group to attempt to purchase an advertised used 2007 low mileage (40,000 miles) Ford Taurus that had been traded in. I test drove the car and started the purchase process. While waiting on a financing reply someone else test drove the car. Their financing went through while mine was disapproved. They then waited overnight to purchase the car. I was then introduced to another newer car in my desired price range. I received a newer car with remaining manufacturer warranty. I pointed out the tire pressure monitoring system TPMS warning was active, It was not corrected before the car was delivered to me. Something as simple as adding air to the tires could not be corrected before delivery throws a caution flag about service to be expected. Brad Wood replied promptly to my email and recommended a visit to the Service Center. I monitored tire pressure and corrected it myself at work and the system warning cleared. Sales and Finance were great! Service I will comment upon after I use it for a visit. More

New car lemon I bought a new dodge avenger. Only 9 months of having the car, the alternator went out, left me on the side of the road. Transmission leaking. Third t I bought a new dodge avenger. Here I am a single mother, bought a NEW car for a reason, to be reliable, not to have a xxx car with a new car PAYMENT! I understand the service center was closed, but after I was in tears, I pretty much told not his problem and interpreted by him saying when you are done "I will talk". This is my second dodge, and will now be my last. I have never bought a car even used and had this much problems. Not to mention had to deal with a jerk , whom said in the first 2 minutes I was there, service center is closed , turned around ignored pretty much I was still standing there . Each time I have brought my car in, well the first towed in, I hear this "it's a brand new car"!. Haha you think? My thoughts exactly. A brand new car with all theses problems. Transmission shipping, jerking, but it's a brand new car. Never again will gerry wood in salisbury or any other dodge dealer have my business. I would really like to think the person in charge would not be such a jerk. Is it truly my fault that the "brand new car" I bought is a leamon. They want to sale cars, how many things have to go wrong with a brand new car, before I get a different besides we can get you into another car, but with a down payment and the rest of what I owe on this "brand new car" that has left me stranded, transmission leaks, now slipping and jerking. I have never left a review in my life. I mean 3 times in a year, and even much of a hey, let's see what we can do, not me bringing it in every few months. But I guess the sales manager got his money when I bought the car, much like his attitude, not my problem. I really hope others who buy from here, has a better experience. Josh has a rude "I don't care" attitude. If I ever act like him on my job, I wouldn't have a job. Last time I brought it in, I was they didn't have a car for me drive, I showed my butt. I got a car to drive with a Crack in the whole windshield, after showing my butt, I than get a car to drive. I am sitting the service shop with my kids, being told I have no car to drive. I have never had a bad experience with a dealership as I have here. New breaks, new rotors less than a year, alternator, transmission. I love my car, very disappointed what I bought it at gerry wood Chrysler Jeep and dodge in salisbury. And josh's care less attitude just makes it all better. I am very sorry I chose to spend my money at your dealership, I am single mother and bought a new car for a reason. My boyfriend was with me, and couldn't believe how my visit went. Awesome Me and fiancé and her brother all have bought Jeeps here. And her brother's fiancé bought a Honda here. Worst dealership experience We bought 2 jeeps from this dealership. The salesman was great! He was so helpful and did not pressure us at all. I wish he worked at another dealership :))As soon as we started negotiations, the sales manager Josh was your typical car dealership nightmare. Even the finance Jake thought he was better and smarter than us. If you want someone to purchase a vehicle do not make them feel like they are below you. They lied about multiple things and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is my 6th car purchase and I've never had an experience like this. THEY USE DECEPTIVE SALES TACKTICS!!! More
