Good experience I took my wife car in for oil change and inspection. Ended up with tire rotation while I was there. Friendly staff Staff was very friendly and listen to all issues that was going on with my vehicle. Only gave 4 stars because the service advisor I was told to speak Staff was very friendly and listen to all issues that was going on with my vehicle. Only gave 4 stars because the service advisor I was told to speak to when I arrived didn’t have a clue that I was coming or that I had an appointment. He said ok let me go check the computer to verify my appointment, which by the way was never made from the previous morning at which I called an made the appointment. He quoted this happens all the time and I no worries I should be able to get you in. (Which I arrived 20 mins prior to my supposed appt time of 1pm.) Also only have 4 stars due to them not having a loaner car for me which when I bought my vehicle the guaranteed that I would have a loaner if I was having warranty or recall work done, which was the reason for my appointment. Long story short they invoiced my ticket around 4:35pm. I was finally getting into my vehicle at 4:45pm. (Let me add I live approx. 2 hours away and a loaner would have been great for me to go grab lunch or run to near by shopping mall etc.) But I will say very friendly staff and the work that was performed on my vehicle seemed to be top notch, I will be back but I hope if this happens again I will have a loaner, to add my current vehicle is brand new it wasn’t a used vehicle. More

Dealerships have always given me anxiety, and I felt like they were out to take my money. The crew at Gerry Wood CDJ took care of my every need, and they answered ALL of my questions. The process was seamless start to finish. I got my new Power Wagon delivered financed and picked up in two days. I was able to negotiate a fair price and interest rate. They offered Gap insurance and extended warranty, but they didn’t force it. Overall they made a stressful situation as easy as possible. More
