Had the pleasure to meet Brandon Spenard and Austin in July this year after buying a brand new Ram 2500 HD from Gastonia CDJR. When I needed upfront, a quick turnaround on a tonneau cover, Brandon stepped up and with help and the one of Austin got me in and out on a Sunday. While Gastonia CDJR is way closer to us, I will continue to drive the extra miles to service and buy my accessories and parts from Brandon at Gerry Woods CDJR. Brandon product knowledge, accountability and extreme customer focus is what sets apart a dealership. Austin who works for Brandon is at the image of his leader/manager - accountable, dependable and highly knowledgeable. CDJR Gastonia has a huge inventory of cars and trucks, their service and parts department is unfortunately sub-par. Gerry Wood inventory might not be as good as Gastonia but their service is second to none. I highly recommend Brandon and Austin at Gerry Wood CDJR. More

Overall I had a very professional visit. My 2011 Town and Country has 193000 miles and you have expect some wear and tear issues.
