Randy Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Salisbury

I had my 2011 Chrysler 300c in for service to stop a coolant leak, rotate the tires ( which I bought there), fix the front brakes and front fog light. The service coordinator, Joshua, was fine. However, the service technician that replaced a water pump and lower hose, drove the car over 6 miles, but failed to notice a really bad shimmy on the front wheels. In my opinion, that service technician should have informed Joshua that it needed the front wheels balanced. I noticed it immediately as I left the dealer. I took the car back about an hour later and asked why this was not noticed? Joshua stated that he could balance the front wheels, but I would have to leave the car overnight. I didn't have a ride home, so I opted to get it done elsewhere. This was in my opinion a true oversight and should have been fix prior to picking up the car! I not sure that I will trust Gerry Wood service dept in the future. I expected more than I received for my $1321 service bill. I can find a qualified mechanic that will be much cheaper and will make sure that the car is right before picking it up. I think I'm done with their dealership. Regretfully, Roger Brown More
