Highest price vehicle I have ever bought and my business has not been appreciated. Bought a 2023 Tahoe High Country in October of 2022 At the time of delivery a little piece of trim was scuffed up and sale has not been appreciated. Bought a 2023 Tahoe High Country in October of 2022 At the time of delivery a little piece of trim was scuffed up and salesman said he would order a new piece and call me when it came in. Took probably 3 months for dealership to mail me a window sticker and then it was the wrong one. Now almost 7 months later still does not have the part that was supposedly ordered. Have called a number of times and left messages to salesman and sales manager and no one will call back. I don’t think this is the right way to treat somebody that spent over $80000 with them. I don’t want anything extra I just want what I was promised. More
Dealership cannot be trusted. I ordered a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado in February, 2022. Quoted a price and gave dealer $1,000.00 deposit. Took five months for truck to arrive. During that time I called my salesman twice to verify the quoted February price was what I would pay and both times I was told yes. The reason I called is because I found out Chevrolet had a price increase in May and I wanted to verify the price. Truck arrived in July,2022. When I went to purchase truck the price on the sales contract was not the February price but the new increased price. Additionally, some sort of treatment had been applied to the exterior of the truck and another $880.00 was tacked on. When I questioned the price my salesman said I was right and returned to the sales manager to have it corrected. When he returned he said they could not sale the truck at the original price because of the price increase. In other words, if I wanted it I had to pay the new price. They knew I did not have much of a choice. This was a truck I needed for my construction business and had waited five months for it. During that time I had a chance to purchase a couple of other trucks but they were more expensive than the original price but cheaper than what I ended up paying. The week after the purchase a customer service rep from the dealer called wanting to know if I liked my truck and my thoughts on the buying experience. After I told her what I thought about the buying experience she connected me with a sales manager. I told him what had transpired and he gave me the same old bull about they don't make much on the cars and so on. I told him it was not the price but the fact I was told twice the original price was the correct price. Also, no one called and asked if I wanted the treatment that was applied. It was just done and added to price. He said he would talk to general manager and call me back. Surprise, he never called. I called and left a couple of voice messages but never heard from him. I emailed the general manager and customer service manager and heard not one word from either one. I anyone is considering going to this dealership I WOULD NOT!!!!!!!! Cannot be trusted. Terrible customer service. More

Greg, I need a copy of the recall work done on the rear tires. It is obvious that the excessive where on the two back tires require replacement. The tires had approximately 12,000 miles. After the recall replacement, the inside tread had worn away leaving only exposed cord after 4000 miles! This was caused by faulty alignment by the technician that did not align the rear tires properly AFTER recall replacement. I am disappointed that Marion Cadillac is not standing behind their work and are unwilling to replace the two tires and want to charge me +$500 for 2 tires AND $99 for an alignment. I want the name of your supervisor and this correspondence sent to him. As a Cadillac owner I am deeply disappointed with your response and unwillingness to stand behind Cadillac quality one would expect. Randy Janke More
