I was told 2 hours to complete the job so I was advised to wait. 2 hours in I was told it would be a little longer. I ask for a rental or loaner car and was told they were none left. Then in another 45 min to wait. 2 hours in I was told it would be a little longer. I ask for a rental or loaner car and was told they were none left. Then in another 45 minutes later they came in and said it’s taking longer than expected. But they would let me have a loaner car now. Should be another 2 hours. It was just one lied after another. The quick service center has been very slow my last three visits for simple things like oil change and tire rotation. After going with the diagnostics reading, they found there were several potential issues. They reviewed all the repairs and started with the most cost-effective. Thankfully that worked and my 2011 GMC Sierra 2500 passed inspection and is ready to roll for another 287,000 miles. More
