I purchased my Cadillac in July 2022 without the “chips” for the heated seats and park assist. I had to repeatedly ask about both parts availability. When the park assist chip was installed, it took more for the heated seats and park assist. I had to repeatedly ask about both parts availability. When the park assist chip was installed, it took more than 1 day (I dropped it off so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced). The last oil change with tire rotation took more than 3 hours.
