Randy Marion did a state inspection on my Tesla. They passed it. The following day I was stranded on the side of the road because the alignment caused my tire to blow and we found out that 2 other t They passed it. I had to pay to get my car towed and sit and wait, instead of them failing me and letting me know right away so I can get the issue addressed and avoid this whole mess. More

I purchased my Cadillac in July 2022 without the “chips” for the heated seats and park assist. I had to repeatedly ask about both parts availability. When the park assist chip was installed, it took more for the heated seats and park assist. I had to repeatedly ask about both parts availability. When the park assist chip was installed, it took more than 1 day (I dropped it off so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced). The last oil change with tire rotation took more than 3 hours. The service department at this dealership has greatly declined. More
