I did go into Randy Marion this morning and spoke to Joshua, the manager. I explained what happened and asked questions on the type of inspection that was done. He and the girls at the front were apologetic and responded appropriately to the situation. I am aware nothing could be done to fix the issue at this point but he accepted my feedback and ensured the technicians would be informed to prevent this from happening again in the future.
