My sales person Austin did a fantastic job. We are Randy Marion Corp. failed was your Jacksonville store they told me the vehicle I purchased was done and ready to go. They didn’t wanna pick me up to bring me to the dealership because their excuse was I purchased a car from Randy Marion in Mooresville, they would have to pick me up. Also when I pick the car up from your Jacksonville store it had no air condition it was not detailed it was not gassed up. The back hatch didn’t work and the brand new transmission that Jacksonville store installed did not shift properly again I asked them about it and they told me take it up with the Moorseville store , I drove the car from Jacksonville store to the Moorseville store on July 29. I found out the car was done on August 11 in the afternoon 12 days after I took delivery of the car. My question is is why was it my vehicle brought in immediately since I took delivery of your vehicle, and it was not ready to go , then it took me four days to unwind the deal because you’re a sales manager Avery took his sweet xxx time to unwind the deal, then proceeded to give my reimbursement check to my sales men Austin because he didn’t want not want to have to hand me the check or see me because he knew his dealership failed I did not get any reimbursement from the Randy Marion group for my flight nor did I get reimbursement for the gas Freon or any aggravation that I had for the 12 days that I dealt with a Randy Marion group. I do feel Randy Marion should be handing me back, my travel, money, my fuel money, my Freon money Because the vehicle I purchased was not ready to be delivered. It should’ve been left in the shop to fix your salesman down in Jacksonville art and Jimmy are two of your most disrespectful people you have that work for your group I will not be purchasing, nor sending anybody to the Randy Marion group Because of this incident until a manager makes it right with me. I give Randy Marion Gmc Sales zero because of the way it was handled xxxx, poor handling, and then your account retention department Rhonda she refused to do anything once she found out I unwound the deal so therefore I will not be doing anything ever with a Randy Marion until they make it right on my part. I have had my truck in there multiple times now for an oil leak. It keeps coming back and is a real inconvenience to have to continue to come back to the shop. I just got done with a new house we built an oil leak. It keeps coming back and is a real inconvenience to have to continue to come back to the shop. I just got done with a new house we built and have oil stains all over the place. It would have been nice to have it fixed correctly the first time and not having to come back. After this is fixed I know I won’t be bringing my truck there anymore for an oil change that I am paying that much for. More
