Specifically pointed out that my windshield washer fluid was low. As it is included with the oil change, I was confident that I would be returned my truck with a tank full of washer fluid. Once you get the right person easy to work with, call system can be frustrating with many transfers (4 times for to check on recall part/make appt). At service check-in lady was snappy but her power wa system can be frustrating with many transfers (4 times for to check on recall part/make appt). At service check-in lady was snappy but her power was out at home so that may have caused the initial response. Also, oddly on pickup (dropped of Tues and picked up Fri, I said I'm here to pick up car and instead of saying OK and checking on it, said I'll have to see if it's ready. Maybe people show up a lot without knowing status of their car. Very picky things but both gave me pause in my experience. More
