Criminals-the amount charged for service, compared to the exact same Chevrolet, Buick, GMC dealership elsewhere, was triple. I have the paperwork from both dealerships to prove it. Didn't reset to 100% after service, no sticker to indicate next service, and the counter girl was even rude. Bought my vehicle here, but I will not be back. I'll drive 500 miles to go to the dealership that charges me fairly and treats me with respect. More

Saturday morning 8:00 appointment. There was not a coffee machine ,drink machine or snack machine in the area . Was not even a water fountain, I’m glad there was a restroom. We went to the service department , and was pulled out of line and told to go down the street to another smaller building. The lady that seemed in charge was more concerned about getting the T V on. I just expected much better from this dealership. More
Jackie Hiatt provided excellent service. She always makes me feel at home. I was pleased to see the condiments in the waiting area. In the past, they were only in the Cadillac waiting area.
