I am waiting for a response from Jason, in service, in Salisbury, on my 2016 Town & Country. Eric, my salesman in Moorsville passed this on to me to contact Salisbury to have the 2 issues I would like ad Salisbury, on my 2016 Town & Country. Very disappointed! ! It took from 10:50 until 2:30 , to get my new key fob programmed. People had to take their lunch break while I had to wait over three hours ???? The ! It took from 10:50 until 2:30 , to get my new key fob programmed. People had to take their lunch break while I had to wait over three hours ???? There wasn’t even water in the waiting until one of the staff finally brought me some . Sooo disappointing! More
