Purchased a new $83,000 truck in May 2023, 4 months later there is a "clunk" sound, Randy Marion told me they can't diagnose it, that I am out of luck. I ask for you to tell me what was wrong with my car and why it hit a building. You said my back brakes were bad and needed to be fixed. I had just had an accident and you were supposed to tell me what wa why it hit a building. You said my back brakes were bad and needed to be fixed. I had just had an accident and you were supposed to tell me what was wrong with my car. I have since found out that you have a recall on my cruise control. You should have fixed that and you did not bother to do as I ask. My take on this is you just wanted to over charge me on the brakes and you did not care about the rest. Danny was the one who helped me and he did not listen to me at all. By the way I am an old woman and I do not count in the pecking order as far as he was concerned. More
