Randy Marion has been my dealership since 2003, but what keeps me coming back is Jack Brice! He is the best salesman I've ever dealt with! We were greeted by Madison, who located the car we found on their website. We went on a test drive and were impressed by her knowledge of all the features on the Buick Encore GX. I had an appointment for 9am on Wednesday. When I dropped off my car, I was told it could take between 2-3 hours to get it fixed. A little before 11am, Van reached out to me to let me know what was going on and how much the estimated cost would be to get everything fixed and I gave the approval. I asked if there was a timeline and he said probably about an hour or so. I had tried to contact the office again around 3pm and left a voicemail but I figured since I had dropped my car off at 9am that it would be finished. I go back to the dealership around 3:45 and Van said now that I was back it would be an hour from there. We did not leave until 5:25pm. Van was incredibly kind and apologetic and the only redeemable part of my experience. I do not understand what is even the point of a 9am appointment if my car is going to sit there all day especially when all I needed was a battery replacement and an oil pan drain plug fixed. Just because I left the dealership because I had to go back to work should not mean that my car does not take priority and gets put aside. That defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Business should not work that way. This is the second experience I have had with Randy Marion where I have been left in the dark and my car has spent extended time at the dealership for a minor fix that should not take literally all day to fix. Especially when I am pretty sure that had I not come back on my own Wednesday - my car would not have been serviced and I would have had to come back the next day (this happened the first time with RM). While Van was great, I will likely not be returning to get my car serviced here again until some kind of change in appointments and priorities take place. Also, charging 3% for using a credit card is absurd. More

The car was not that clean with smeared windows and some of the paint pen marks still left on the windows when I arrived to pick up the car. More
