Drove over an hour to purchase a used SUV here only to be told I couldnt take the vehicle home yet because it was a new trade in and needed to go through their inspection process for any maintenance needed, told I couldnt take the vehicle home yet because it was a new trade in and needed to go through their inspection process for any maintenance needed, washing/detailing etc. I was understanding of this and asked to be updated on the status and what all was getting serviced/repaired. I was told 4 days later the tire and driver sensors sensors are getting replaced, cool. I get the message 2 days later the SUV is back and ready to pick up after service, cleaning and a detail. I drive another hour+ and pick up a dirty SUV, I get the pollen is bad but it was literally still yellow and had trash in the back seat pockets, their was also less gas then when I test drove it... lol whatever I bit my tongue....not 24hours later I get in to an alert that my driver rear tire is low, I found my front passenger tire completely flat from a cheap plug job! I send a message to the salesman and several hours later I get a sorry.....can you bring it back up and I'll get you in a loaner in the meantime? SERIOUSLY?! For a PLUG?! How about at least offer a new tire for the xx?! So you want me to take 2 more hour+ trips to have something done that should have been takin care of on the front end. Now I completely understand used vehicles and things happen but I have to ask...what did I wait a week for? Another wasted trip just to pick up the SUV I had already purchased, just as dirty and the things that were supposed to be done werent done correctly! If the tire sensors were replaced like I was told they werent calibrated to the correct tire. The plug job was so horrible the tire was flat in less than 24hrs. Why did it even leave the repair shop? I wouldnt had even left this review had I just drove away in the SUV when I bought it, at least then I didnt have the expectations of what was told was going to be done. Im in sales and service, this was definately not the experiance I expected from a "reputable" dealership. More
2 hour wait with an appointment and the oil change seems to increase in price each time I go (I haven't checked previous recipes, however the price just seemed excessive) to increase in price each time I go (I haven't checked previous recipes, however the price just seemed excessive) More
