Going in to Randy Kuehl Honda, we knew exactly what we needed in an SUV (having done our research in advance, it was between a Toyota Highlander and a Honda Pilot) and already had a competitive price quot needed in an SUV (having done our research in advance, it was between a Toyota Highlander and a Honda Pilot) and already had a competitive price quote from the local Toyota dealership. Matt worked hard for us in negotiating a very fair price. He listened to our additional needs in an SUV and worked to get dealer cost on the add-ons. We had a deadline for delivery. He exceeded that deadline having the vehicle ready within hours. While I waited for the paperwork, I sat in a comfortable area and was offered coffee, soda, etc. We have had prior Honda serviced at Randy Kuehl Honda. We have had the same friendly, customer-oriented, prompt experience with the service department too. Randy Kuehl Honda has earned our continued business.
