I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord LX. My previous car was serviced by Randy Kuehl Honda for 12 years before I traded it in for my 2012. We came to Honda to trade in our 2011 Pilot for an Odyssey (to meet the needs of uor growing family). We had a price point in mind that we could not go over. Steve was an excellent sales consultant. This was our second time working with Chanin at Randy Kuehl Honda. Since I'm a Honda person, I've dealt with a couple before him at the same location, but Chanin is by far my favorite. After having 2 Honda CR-V's already I was on the hunt for another one because I really like them & have had no problems with my last two. My last one I owned had 230K miles on it & it ran like a top but I j another one because I really like them & have had no problems with my last two. I was being very particular because I knew the color I wanted & the options I wanted & wasn't going to settle for anything less. So my daughter & I went to Randy Kuehl & met Steve. Steve was a very nice guy & after test driving a couple vehicles had found one that I just had to have. Steve was a VERY patient salesman because I knew that I couldn't pay more than a certain amount & after going back & forth with me on price we finally agreed. When I drove it off the lot I had noticed something that I didn't notice during my 5 minute test drive so I had brought it back in & Paul, the Service Manager, was more than willing to take a look at it & assess what the problem was & it was an easy fix (at no more cost to me, might I add)!! I can't thank all the guys (Steve, Andy, Nate & Paul) that helped me out enough at Randy Kuehl in the purchase of my new car. Thank you also for being patient with me through the whole process!! My fiance and I were looking for a a new car to trade in my Ford 500 for. We live out in the country and I travel back and forth for my job and the gas mileage my Ford had was terrible. We were interested in a new Honda Civic for the better gas mileage compared to my Ford and met with Matt at the dealership. I think he could tell that I was very nervous about trading in my car and he was absolutely very kind and very helpful with answering both mine and my fiance's questions about Honda in general, a vehicle we were not very familiar with. He showed us the new Honda Civic and let both my Fiance and I drive the Civic around and was kind enough to explain all the features for the Civic. Even though we were both impressed; again, I wanted something that could do a little bit better for gas mileage compared to the Civic. Matt then showed us a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid that had literately come on the lot 2 days prior. It was a certified used car and it had been owned by one other person, had been sold by Randy Kuehl Honda and they had all of its history, had been serviced by that particular Honda dealership over its entire history, and only had 35,000 miles on it. It was in cherry condition and it was exactly the vehicle we were looking for that could handle the amount of miles I would be putting on it without hurting our budget for gas. More importantly, it was well within our budget to buy! Matt worked with us that night to make sure we got this car before somebody else jumped on it. Right there he assessed the value of my Ford and was able to make a fair trade for it. We had an excellent experience with Matt and the whole staff at Randy Kuehl Honda and I know that this is where we will continue servicing our car at as well. Everyone, especially Matt, were friendly, professional, and made us feel important throughout this experience. They took the time to answer all our questions and never pressured us. More

We are so far very pleased with the used Honda Pilot 05 we purchased from R.Kuehl. Matt Smith was an excellent salesman and went out of his way to help us and make us feel 'important'.
