I dropped my car off without an appointment late Sunday, left them a written description o Recently I had significant rear brake noise on my 2010 CRV. I dropped my car off without an appointment late Sunday, left them a written description of what the problem was and I asked them to have it looked at to identify the root cause of the problem and that I would follow up with them on Monday morning. I spoke with them on Monday morning, April 20th and they had my car on the rack and working the issue when I called. By the end of the day, they had identified the issue (broken bolt on the left rear brake caliper) and had the car repaired and available for me to pickup that evening. John Geiger was my Service Consultant and he worked the issue for me. More
